One of our key client is looking for IT Business Analysts specialised in P&C to join oversee their core system transformation project
- Contribute to the translation of business requirements into technical solution options
- Participate in the development of functional specifications to fulfill the client's needs.
- Detect the issue and provide solutions and user support
- Discovering the underlying business need to be addressed and information related to the product and project requirements
- Analyzing Requirements - Organizing, specifying and modeling the requirements (Function & Non-Function)
- Validating and Verifying Requirements - Ensuring the requirements map to the real business need, are approved by all relevant stakeholders, and meet essential quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in an IT discipline or related field
- Proven 5+ year's professional experience in IT filed.
- 5+ years as a Senior Business System Analyst or IT Job-related.
- Relevant experience on insurance is preferred
- Proven ability to undertake and manage large scale complex IT projects independently
- Relevant experience on Life/GI insurance or other financial services
- Bring high levels of self-motivation, personal resilience and drive
