Our client is one of the market leading insurance, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement IT solutions that align with business objectives and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, and monitor project progress against these plans
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business users, developers, architects, and QA resources, to design, develop, and implement IT solutions
- Provide guidance and support to project team members, and ensure that they have the necessary resources and training to complete their tasks
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry and stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements, including AI, data, and Salesforce technologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a solid understanding of the insurance industry
- Experience with AI, data, and Salesforce technologies, etc
- Certification in project management, such as PMP or Prince2, is highly desirable
- Strong project management skills, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management
- Insurance industry experience is preferred
