Manage and monitor client's Micro Segmentation solution, collaborating with business units, engineering, and other internal and external stakeholders.

• Provide BAU support for the micro-segmentation solution.
• Continuously review and enhance Micro Segmentation policies and rules.
• Manage and monitor the capacity of the Micro Segmentation platform.
• Ensure all Operational tasks are completed within the agreed SLAs
• Help develop processes and documentation around the operational functions of the Micro Segmentation Project
• Support security incidents.
• Create and maintain operational documentation for the Micro Segmentation solution.
• Participate in escalation calls.
• Provide monitoring of ZTMS SaaS console and dashboards
• Collaborate with application and project teams to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance security best practices.
• Develop and implement automated workflows to swiftly and effectively mitigate security risks.
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements.
