I am currently working for a leading insurance organisation who are looking for a Lead Cloud Engineer to join their operations division in their IT Department. This is a great opportunity to work on a Greenfield project, with complete autonomy over the role.

The organisation are currently on premise and are looking to move to Azure Cloud in the next 12 months. You will be responsible for performing evaluations of cloud technology tools, and you will be working closely with stakeholders and other teams, specifically Architecture, once blueprints are set up. As part of this role you will be designing and implementing Kubernetes as well as support for the usage of cloud . You will be expected to work with processes, procedures and standard guidelines to advise best practice.

In order to be considered for this role you must come from an Insurance background, with experience of working on Cloud Platforms, ideally Azure, from scratch, along with experience of integrated services. Ideally you will have some backend development experience.
