You will be required to provide leadership on the effectiveness of the Company's Group Claims processes, driving business improvement initiatives and leading a high performing team.

• At least 8-10 years of experience in Group Claims, with recent experience in a leadership role
• Experience in financial services, preferably insurance is essential
• Proven track record of senior stakeholder management and the ability to build relationships with and influence senior management
