**Network Engineer (80-100%)**

**About the client:**

You will be working in an international team of 5 other network engineers for Switzerland's largest energy supplier. In this team you will be working on mission critical Network Infrastructure, within the Data Centre of the business.

**Your Role:**

As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for the secure operation, maintenance, and growth of the client's data centre networks. Your diverse tasks will include:

• Implementing advanced network solutions (CISCO-based)
• Developing and documenting detailed concepts for data centre networks
• Planning, procuring, and commissioning network systems
• Defining monitoring parameters and optimising data centre network platforms
• Participation in on-call services

**Your profile:**
The client are seeking a motivated individual with a proactive mindset, eager to explore complex network environments and emerging technologies. Qualifications include:

- Proficiency in the CISCO environment, preferably with CCNP certification or other equivalent experience or certifications
- Strong knowledge of complex data centre network design and implementation
- Familiarity with network monitoring, reporting, and automation/scripting
- Experience in cloud environments
- Proficiency in German and/or English
