My client is a Multi-national Life Insurer, where we are looking for a Operational Risk Manager to join the team.

Scopes:

• Work closely with all departments to identify, evaluate and monitor key operational risks faced by the BUs, including Outsourcing, DD, ESG and Risk Culture
• Design and implement frameworks, policies and processes to enhance the management of operational risks.
• Support the Operational Risk Committee in its objective in ensuring that policies, frameworks and programs are implemented appropriately.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience
• No prior Insurance experience required (but would be advantageous)
• Internal Auditors are welcomed to apply
• strong stakeholder engagement/management skillsets or experience
