Job Title: Outsourcing Engagement Lead/Supplier Relationship Manager
Duration: 6+ months with a view to extend
Rate/Salary: £600-650 per day Outside IR35
Location: London/home based (2-3 days in central London office per week/home working)
The Role:
- Actively influence the definition and adoption of outsourced business processes and systems in the Finance teams.
- Act as the primary day to day interface between the Finance teams and the EXL service delivery teams in respect of outsourced services, providing (in conjunction with EXL) regular and impactful communication on all aspects of delivery.
- Take ownership of issue resolution or change requirements in relation to outsourced Finance operations, ensuring the teams can allocate their primary attention to other internal or external matters.
- Ensure a continuous and comprehensive understanding of all outsourced Finance processes, controls, reporting and system configuration.
- Ensure compliance to Group policies, maintaining an available auditable trail as needed.
Experience Required:
- Strong communication skills including influencing, stakeholder management and presentation - working with an ambitious and high energy management team.
- Must have at least 3+ years experience within a similar role.
- Solid understanding of all aspects of operational Finance processes (some Insurance sector experience desirable).
- Experience of working with and influencing outsourced operations (offshore preferable; account management experience preferable).
- Experience of working with and helping to configure Finance systems (Oracle preferable).
