This role will involve business analysis, product change impact assessment, implementation and migration coordination, presentation development, adoption SharePoint platform updates, and the successful application of the Adoption framework and methodology
Job Duties:
- Manage and deliver the project life-cycle of change projects and initiatives, maintaining transparent stakeholder communication throughout.
- Be responsible for managing project development, in multiple methodologies, from initiation to closure.
- Positive driving and implementing of change initiatives
- Development of strategic plans and respective roll-out
Job Requirements:
- Background working on large-scale change implementation of projects (Business and IT) 5 years
- In depth knowledge of portfolio, programme and project management methodologies
- Contemporary business change management thinking, disciplines and best practice
- Demonstrated judgement, critical thinking and interpersonal skills to understand, prioritise and articulate business requirements so that these are met
