Oliver James are supporting the administration function of a market leading pensions consultancy firm with the appointment of a defined benefit administration team leader. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to lead a growing team in a high performing part of the business. There are a wide variety of progression opportunities a high performer in this role, opening doors to client management, project management and implementation.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
- A background in UK defined benefit pensions administration
- Experience leading a team
- Confidence planning projects and allocating work
This role is great fit for someone who enjoys the hands on technical work in pensions administration but wants to take a more active role in leading a team, being closer to senior leadership and the effective management of a team. High performers in this role can expect to be rewarded with excellent progression opportunities in the wider department available.
