Position Summary:
We are seeking a People Business Partner to provide strategic HR support across multiple business units, primarily focusing on our workforce in Ireland. This role plays a key part in delivering and adapting global and regional HR initiatives, strategies, processes, and systems. Areas of responsibility span the full HR spectrum: from organisation design and talent acquisition to succession planning, performance management, cultural transformation, compensation, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of core People & Capability programs within a business line or location, including talent development, performance reviews, compensation planning, learning initiatives, and strategic workforce planning.
- Act as a trusted advisor and HR partner to senior leadership, providing insights and guidance on both immediate and long-term HR considerations aligned with business goals.
- Serve as the liaison between the business and Centre's of Excellence (COEs)/Global Business Services Centre (GBSC), ensuring effective implementation and customisation of HR programs.
- Provide coaching to managers and team members on development strategies, performance challenges, and reward systems.
- Review and monitor development plans to ensure relevance and alignment with growth objectives.
- Support on-boarding processes and contribute to employee wellness initiatives within the region or team.
- Offer feedback and local perspective on the success and impact of HR programs and policies.
- Address and resolve complex HR service issues escalated by COEs or the GBSC.
- Act as a subject matter expert regarding local employment laws, regulations, and market dynamics.
