About the Role

We are seeking a high-impact PMO professional to join our client's Operations Transformation Program, a multi-year strategic initiative within a leading financial services and/or insurance organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep PMO expertise, strong analytical capability, and outstanding presentation skills to support the successful delivery of critical change initiatives.

This role is pivotal in ensuring program transparency, informed decision-making, and executive alignment as we modernize core operational processes and infrastructure across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • PMO Governance & Delivery Oversight:
    Support the planning, execution, and tracking of transformation workstreams across operations, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and strategic objectives.

  • Analytics & Insights:
    Develop dashboards, reports, and data models that provide visibility into performance metrics, risks, and benefits realization. Leverage tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

  • Executive-Ready Presentations:
    Craft and deliver concise, impactful presentations to senior stakeholders that clearly articulate program status, value delivery, and decision points.

  • Risk & Issue Management:
    Identify delivery risks and dependencies across streams and support mitigation planning through structured reporting and stakeholder engagement.

  • Collaboration:
    Partner with program leads, workstream owners, finance, and change teams to ensure cohesive reporting, integrated plans, and proactive communications.

Your Profile

  • Experience:
    8-10 years+ in a PMO, program delivery, or strategic reporting role within financial services or insurance, ideally supporting operational or enterprise transformation programs.

  • Technical & Analytical Strength:
    Skilled in developing performance dashboards and reporting packs. Advanced Excel required; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools preferred.

  • Communication Excellence:
    Proven ability to synthesize complex program data into clear, executive-level communications. Comfortable presenting to C-suite audiences.

  • Delivery Acumen:
    Solid understanding of project/program management disciplines (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid), with experience managing interdependencies and transformation milestones.

  • Certifications (preferred):
    PMP, Prince2, Agile, or PMO-specific qualifications.
