Performance Marketing Team

The Performance Marketing team is responsible for the direct marketing channels SEA, paid social, affiliate, programmatic, and SEO. This means the team plays a key role in the growth strategy and continuously contributes to new customer acquisition. The team's goal is to raise awareness of our products and convince potential customers of AGILA along the funnel. Our mission is to support all dog and cat owners in keeping their four-legged family members healthy.

Tasks

We're looking for a highly analytical and results-driven PPC Manager to lead and optimize our paid advertising strategy across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital ad networks. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for maximizing ROI through data-driven ad planning, testing, execution, and reporting. With you deep understanding of paid media channels and campaign setup and optimization, you drive performance thwoughout our paid marketing channels. Specifically

  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid social and display campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other ad platforms.
  • Support paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Bing, together with our Onlinemarketing Manager
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI while hitting key performance targets (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, etc.).
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, A/B testing, and audience targeting to refine campaign strategies.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and proactively make data-driven decisions to improve campaign results.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay current with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage agency/vendor relationships if applicable, ensuring alignment on strategy and performance goals.
  • Build our internal reporting to support campaign managers to deliver on reporting

Profile

  • 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience, preferably in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Proven success managing large-scale campaigns with significant monthly ad spend.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and other PPC tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions (Excel, Looker Studio, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
  • Google Ads certification is a strong plus.
