My client is going through a significant transformation period within their contact centre and are looking to expand, re-shape and develop new initiatives to put a further emphasis on the overall customer experience.

The ideal candidate:

• Strong product management experience
• Ability to take ownership and lead this transformation
• Experience using social media (ie, web-chats etc) to boost customer experience and engagement
• Successful delivery and development of the product vision, strategy and road map.
• Contact centre experience (desirable).
