Oliver James have partnered with a leading insurance provider located in Hannover to help them to find a Programme Director who can lead a number of workstreams focused around business transformation and improving commercial performance.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced programme manager to modernize and transform a specialist insurance company. You will be responsible for the coordination of work across multiple departments to identify opportunities for process improvements, strategic changes, and commercial opportunities to grow and develop the business further.
The contract is initially for 6 months but this is a fully costed programme of work expected to run over multiple years.
Requirements
- Programme Management experience in business & commercial transformation initiatives
- Experience leading projects and programmes within Insurance sector
- Excellent stakeholder management skills up to board level
- Fluent German & English language skills
- Consultancy background is preferred but not essential
