We are looking for a Project Manager to lead up projects across logistics, manufacturing, & warehousing, with an exciting & successful Logistics organisation based in West Yorkshire. You will be working within a diverse project team, to deliver innovative solutions across all of the client base, working with some of the world's leading retailers. Some of your key responsibilities are listed below:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning & implementation of projects
- Work closely with both Operations & IT
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals & deliverables
- Define project tasks & resource requirements
- Support the scheduling & allocation of project resource
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Project quality assurance
- Constantly monitor & report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Present reports defining project progress, issues/risks & solutions
- Implement & manage project changes & interventions to achieve project outputs
- Project evaluations & assessment of results
Skills & Experience:
- Experience of managing multiple projects concurrently
- Experience in delivery of business change projects in a fluid, fast-paced environment
- Experience of delivering projects with IT & Operational dependencies
- Strong experience in managing budgets & resource allocation
- Excellent communication skills & presentation skills
- Excellent negotiation & influencing skills
- Exposure to working within an agile delivery model.
- Usage of reporting tools such as Monday.com
Must be within commutable distance of Bradford for a hybrid working approach.
