We are looking for a hybrid professional with expertise in Business Analysis and Project Management to work in the banking sector on projects specialized in cash management. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with internal and external teams to ensure the quality and performance of our Cash Management offering.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a Currency Guide with an external agency for the maintenance and evolution of the Cash Management database.
• Create Mock-Ups or Proof of Concept for projects on cut-off times for international payments and currencies.
• Manage projects end-to-end, from the design phase to delivery.
• Provide Agile coaching to Cash Management teams to help optimize productivity, quality, and collaboration.
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and in accordance with specifications.
• Be responsible for project planning and coordination, requirement analysis, and process documentation.
• Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are aligned with business goals and strategies.
• Be able to work in French and English, as occasional travel to Paris may be required.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Project Manager in the banking sector.
• Proven experience in Cash Management, including international payments and currencies.
• Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and their implementation in a project environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of responsibility and reliability.
• Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong focus on project delivery and the ability to solve complex problems.

The ideal candidate should also be rigorous and organized, with excellent ability to plan and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
