We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and closing of projects within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion of projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and ensure alignment with business goals
- Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate risks and issues
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
- Conduct project meetings with stakeholders to review progress, discuss issues, and make decisions
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of project management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management in the Property & Casualty Insurance industry
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry and related products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
