Oliver James are supporting a leading consultancy with the appointment of a senior hire into their pensions risk transfer department. This opportunity would be excellent for someone currently operating at a senior level in a dedicated risk transfer team. In particular this role is for someone who is confident in a business development role and knows how to grow a business.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Experience in a senior leadership role in PRT i.e. a Director, Head of, Associate Partner or Partner
- Excellent business development skills
- A well established network in the industry
- In depth knowledge of buy in and buy out transactions

Salary at this level is very competitive but it will vary depending on experience. Various levels are welcome granted they are currently in a senior leadership role. Location is flexible, various sites across the UK.
