The Director of Governance and Risk Management will Lead the design, implementation and oversight of robust governance frameworks and risk management processes across this Insurer's operations across the region.

The role is crucial in ensuring the organization maintains compliance with regulatory requirements, manages operational and strategic risks effectively whilst fostering a culture of risk awareness within the core business functions.

Experience:
-15+ years of proven experience in governance, risk management and/or compliance experience (preferably within Insurance)
-Solid understanding or expertise of core insurance functions, including Claims, Policy administration and Underwriting
