A leading personal lines insurtech (pet insurance) is looking for a Regional Sales Manager with an excellent insurance network, high level sales strategy and experience managing a team. You will be responsible for managing 5-6 External Sales Account Managers, whilst also ensuring consistent growth of the business. The ideal candidate will have experience in pet insurance, external sales / partnerships and leadership.

Key Skills / Experience Required:

• Extensive sales leadership background within personal lines insurance (pet insurance and/or veterinarian experience highly preferred)
• Experience building & managing a high performing sales team
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales strategy at group level
• Experience negotiating partnerships with external business partners (in this case animal hospitals & shelters)
• Self starter with the ability to identify and maximise business opportunities.
• Experience negotiating contracts and supplier agreements

This role offers an excellent base salary $125,000 + excellent sales related bonus. The role is fully remote but will require nationwide travel. This role is with a rapidly expanding insurtech, which brings strong career opportunities for the future.
