Regulatory Reporting Specialist
Amsterdam | Full-time | €65,000 - €85,000 excl. bonus (up to 20%)
Are you a detail-driven finance professional with strong regulatory reporting experience? Ready to take ownership and drive improvements in a complex international banking environment?
We're looking for a Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join the Finance division of a global financial institution with a long-standing presence in Europe. You'll play a key role in producing high-quality prudential and statistical reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks (including DNB), and supporting internal stakeholders with timely insights.
Your impact:
As a Regulatory Reporting Specialist, you will:
Deliver accurate liquidity and statistical reports (LCR, ALMM, NSFR, PAY-CQ, PAY-CH);
Support the continuous improvement of reporting processes, controls, and automation;
Translate new regulatory requirements into technical and business processes;
Respond to internal and external queries (e.g. senior management, auditors, regulators);
Contribute to capital and financial reporting (FINREP) through regular team rotations;
Participate in data governance and change initiatives across the finance function.
What you bring:
University degree in finance, economics or a related field;
Proven experience in regulatory reporting within financial services;
Strong Excel skills; experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus;
Knowledge of European banking regulations and reporting obligations;
Strong communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders;
Fluent in English (spoken and written);
Proactive, analytical, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
