We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Reinsurance Operations Analyst. This role sits at the intersection of finance and operations, playing a crucial part in ensuring the seamless functioning of our reinsurance activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen eye for data accuracy.


Reinsurance Contract Management:

Collaborate with underwriters to review and analyze reinsurance contracts.
Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of reinsurance agreements in the system.
Monitor and track contract performance and compliance.
Data Analysis and Reporting:

Conduct detailed analysis of reinsurance data to identify trends and anomalies.
Prepare regular reports on reinsurance performance and present findings to stakeholders.
Work closely with the finance team to reconcile financial data related to reinsurance activities.
Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency in reinsurance operations.
Implement best practices to streamline workflows and enhance overall operational effectiveness.

Engage with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, claims, and finance, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Act as a point of contact for reinsurance-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
Risk Management:

Assist in the assessment and mitigation of risks associated with reinsurance operations.
Contribute to the development of risk management strategies to enhance the overall financial stability of the organization.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a finance or operations role within the insurance or reinsurance industry.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
