A global actuarial and risk solutions firm, is seeking a Sales Executive to lead its commercial growth in Iberia and Latin America. This individual will be responsible for selling the R3S actuarial software and consulting services to insurance companies, regulators, and associations, working directly with both technical teams and senior executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the commercial strategy in Iberia and LATAM, including new client acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Promote the R3S software and actuarial consulting services in key markets.
  • Build strong relationships with insurers, regulators, industry associations, and strategic partners.
  • Establish partnerships and identify business opportunities in new regions (including contributions in Africa and the Mediterranean).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, legal, marketing, and actuarial) to define high-impact proposals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and presentations.
  • Individual contributor role with high visibility and direct impact on business outcomes.

Desired Profile:

  • Experience in B2B sales (ideally in SaaS, software, or consulting).
  • Knowledge of the insurance and actuarial sectors.
  • Track record of closing complex deals, engaging with C-level stakeholders.
  • Education or experience in actuarial areas (e.g., IFRS 17, economic capital) is a plus.
  • Proactive attitude, consultative profile, strong commercial acumen, and ability to work in international environments.
  • Native Spanish speaker with a high level of English.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.

  • €75,000-€95,000 base + Annual Performance Bonus+ Uncapped Commissions (first year target 65K)
