🎯 Position:
The selected candidate will act as a liaison between the ICT department and the Sales & Marketing business functions, ensuring effective alignment between business needs and technological solutions. The role involves gathering requirements, leading functional and technical analysis, project planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
Interface with various business areas to collect and analyze user requirements
Coordinate the functional and technical analysis of Change Requests
Manage the planning of enhancements and projects within the Sales & Marketing domain
Supervise AMS (Application Management Services) related to the Sales & Marketing application landscape
Identify continuous improvement opportunities to optimize business processes and system performance
✅ Requirements:
Degree in a scientific or related discipline
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, gained in a multinational and well-structured company or through consulting activities
Experience in the energy sector is considered a plus
Knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) is appreciated
Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding UX and UI needs
Excellent command of Italian and a good knowledge of English
Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a team-oriented mindset
