Job Summary:
As a Salesforce System Analyst / Business Technology Specialist, you will blend your expertise in Salesforce administration with strong analytical skills to drive system enhancements and business-focused solutions. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, writing documentation, and supporting deployments and migrations, ensuring our Salesforce platform aligns with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
System Configuration & Administration: Utilize your Salesforce Admin expertise to configure and maintain Salesforce, including managing user permissions, creating custom fields, workflows, and reports.
Technical Acumen: Bring technical acumen to the role, handling deployments, migrations, and supporting technical aspects of Salesforce solutions as needed.
Documentation & Communication: Create detailed documentation including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides. Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
User Support & Training: Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce functionalities.
System Analysis & Optimization: Analyze system capabilities, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to optimize Salesforce efficiency and effectiveness.
Quality Assurance & Deployment: Perform testing and quality assurance activities to ensure successful deployments and migrations, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Salesforce Admin certification (Salesforce Administrator) is required.
Proven experience (X years) as a Salesforce System Analyst or Salesforce Admin, with a strong background in requirement gathering and technical acumen.
Experience handling deployments and migrations within Salesforce, ensuring successful implementation of solutions.
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, workflows, process automation, reports, and dashboards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business needs into technical solutions.
