Title: SAP Cutover/Testing Manager
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)
Type: Contract - 18 Months, possibility for extension
Pay Rate: $80-130hr DOE

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Cutover Lead to guide the end-to-end cutover & testing processes for an ECC to S/4HANA migration. As Cutover Lead, you will coordinate all testing & readiness activities to ensue a smooth and seamless transition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute the cutover strategy for ECC to S/4HANA migration.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely preparation for the cutover.
• Coordinate E2E testing cycles (FUT, SIT, UAT, Regression)
• Create detailed cutover plans, timelines, and checklists.
• Lead go-live activities, managing risks and issues throughout the cutover phase.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams.
• Oversee system testing, data migration, and environment preparation.
• Ensure minimal disruption to business operations during the transition.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Cutover/Testing Lead in large-scale SAP programs.
• Strong project management skills with expertise in cutover planning and execution.
• Hands-on Test leadership experience (FUT/SIT/UAT/Regression/Integration)
• In-depth knowledge of SAP systems, especially S/4HANA and ECC.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage and mitigate cutover risks and ensure readiness.
