My client is an MNC Insurance who is working on large-scale transformation and is actively hiring for a Scrum Master / Project Analyst.

Roles and Responsibility:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
• Champion Agile best practices and coach team members on Agile principles
• Foster a collaborative, self-organizing team environment
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog
• Track team performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
• Shield the team from interruptions and distractions
• Promote transparency and communication across stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
