The successful candidates

  • At least 3-5 years of experiences as Scrum Master, 10+ years in Project & Change
  • Well-versed in Agile/ Scrum methodology is required
  • Ideally from Tech Delivery Lead/ BA lead background
  • Proactive individual who enjoys building up relationships with internal team and project stakeholders
  • Strong experiences of digital project/ insurance project is ideal but not a must
  • Good understanding with IT team or the business side, a technical background is preferred but not a must
  • Cantonese speaker is preferred
