9 month Contract to Hire:

• 6+ years of SRE or backend software development experience.
• Blockchain expert
• Manage follower and archive nodes for debugging and production services.
• Create and maintain test networks for full-chain testing.
• Optimize CI resources to enhance engineering quality and performance data.
• Participate in Security Engineering on-call rotation and automate chain monitoring.
• Monitor critical metrics like staking distribution and transaction volume.
• Develop tooling to support node operators and validators.
• Create runbooks and documentation for node operators.
• Operate an artifact uploading service for debugging during chain issues.
• Build tooling for data requests related to the production chain.
• Export historical balances, automate token grants, and generate performance reports.
• Hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with blockchain, cryptography, and smart contract frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and bash.
• Experience in systems design and open-source projects.
• Bonus: Experience with Cosmos/Tendermint and contributions to open-source projects.
