Senior Data Governance Analyst | London Market Insurance
My client is a Lloyds Market Insurance Firm based in Central London and they are currently looking to appoint a Senior Data Governance Analyst to help define, deliver and shape their Data Governance capability.
Role:
- Writing and applying data governance polices, standards and processes
- Creating and Maintaining data artefacts including Business Glossaries and metadata management tools
- Managing projects and initiatives to improve the Data Governance capability
- Using metrics, reports and dashboards to monitor policy compliance
- Promoting a positive data culture through delivery of the team communication plan
- Developing education tools and materials to support our stakeholders
- Working with Risk & Compliance to ensure data controls are up to date and maintained
- Managing relationships with data stakeholders, data owners and data stewards
Skills Needed:
- Experience in data governance, data quality or data management with input into the development of data governance and quality capabilities
- Experience developing and operationalising data based guidelines, policies, procedures, and standards
- Familiarity with standard Data frameworks
- Experience with data management / governance technologies, such as IBM, Collibra, Informatica, Ataccama etc.
