- Incident Management: Promptly and accurately resolve IAM-related incidents.
- User Identity Management: Meticulously create and manage user identities, ensuring data accuracy.
- Access Rights Management: Oversee and monitor access rights and privileges on our client'systems and applications.
- Identity Validation: Review existing user identities and validate their necessity.
- Deactivation: Ensure security by deactivating unnecessary user identities.
- Support: Serve as the go-to person for all IAM-related inquiries.
- Process Improvement: Assist in implementing, documenting, and refining IAM processes and procedures.
