Our client, a leading Life Insurance carrier, is looking to add an experienced and detail oriented Senior Life Underwriter to their growing team! If this sounds like you please read on.

We are looking for someone with the following experience:

• 4 + years of experience within individual life underwriting
• Mentorship and/or training experience is MUST
• Strong knowledge of critical illness, income protection and protection products
• Experience underwriting pension schemes
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assess and underwrite complex life insurance applications
• Provide guidance and training to junior underwriters
• Evaluate risk factors such as Critical Illness (CL), Income Protection (CL), and Pension Schemes
• Analyze financial documents and medical records to make underwriting decisions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies
