I am currently looking for a Senior Operational Risk Analyst to join a challenger bank on its next phase of growth. The role is a permanent position which offers hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the risk register for the business
- Maintain the ORMF (operational risk management framework)
- Monitor KRI (key risk indicators)
- Conduct risk awareness training with other departments in the business
- Look after the Loss Event process and support Root Cause Analysis

Key skills:
- Proven experience in operational risk management
- Experience of creating RCSAs and Loss Event Reporting
- An understanding of the baking environment and the types of controls used

Desirable:
- Previous use of a GRC tool
- An interest in climate change
