Senior Payment Business Analyst - Leading Insurance firm
They are looking for a diverse candidate with strong insurance payment background to join business team. As part of this role a successful candidate will primarily be supporting a project from scratch as well as other exciting project as a Senior Business Analyst. This role has regional coverage and global exposure.
Main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Deliver end-to-end business solutions in line with IT strategy
- Work alongside stakeholders, project manager , engineer and Group investments IT to plan implementation within appropriate time frame to the business
- Evaluate country payment gateway from all areas including customer experience, availability
- Enable outgoing payment for all transactions which are currently batch based or manual process
- Write user stories for all functions related to payments
- Follow agile cadence, groom stories with the technical team, support on development, UAT etc
Key skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science , finance, information systems, engineering, or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience in Business Analyst - ideally with Financial Services sector background
- Strong experience in gathering requirements and delivering changes with a various of Business, technology and payment focused projects
- Collaborative mindset
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
