We're seeking a seasoned Program Delivery Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives for a global financial services organization. In this high-impact role, you'll oversee complex digital and business change projects, ensuring they're delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of digital and transformation programs across multiple business units.
Manage stakeholder relationships, aligning teams across markets, enablers, and transformation functions.
Oversee budgets, resources, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
Drive change management, adoption, and cross-functional collaboration.
Ensure high standards in reporting, documentation, and quality assurance.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within delivery teams.
What We're Looking For:
8+ years in project/program delivery management with a focus on transformation or digital initiatives.
Strong experience working across diverse teams and business processes.
Proven ability to lead complex projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, risk management, and communication skills.
Project Management certification preferred; MS Project & Office proficiency required.
