I am currently working with an MNC Insurance client for a 12-months initial contract role.

We are looking for a Senior System Analyst to sit with the Digital team and work on Mobile Application and Website related project.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

• Design new IT solutions and modify/enhance existing systems to meet business objectives.

• Perform system testing and validation procedures.

• Create technical documentation, including system specifications and user manuals.

• Support project management teams during the development lifecycle.

• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for deployed systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in systems analysis or a similar role within the Insurance Industry

• Proven experience with system design, development, and implementation.

• Familiarity with .NET and JAVA

• Knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC).

• Experience working with Agile or Scrum methodologies

• Fluency in English and Cantonese is a MUST HAVE
