(Senior) UX/UI Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. With a strong foundation of at least 5 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design, you will play a pivotal role in designing user-centric, intuitive interfaces for our client's insurance advisor platforms and other related financial products.

As a Senior Designer, you'll leverage your expertise to craft solutions that are not only visually appealing but also grounded in clear design rationale. You will articulate your design decisions effectively, ensuring alignment with both business objectives and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead UX/UI design for digital platforms, with a focus on creating seamless experiences for insurance advisors and related financial services users.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, marketing) to translate complex business and user requirements into intuitive, user-friendly designs.
  • Produce high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs for both desktop and mobile (responsive web design).
  • Drive design consistency and contribute to the development of design systems and guidelines.
  • Articulate design decisions and reasoning clearly to stakeholders and team members.
  • Ensure design solutions align with business goals while optimizing for an excellent user experience.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design, preferably with a focus on financial services or insurance platforms.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating your design thinking, rationale, and experience in delivering intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Proven experience with responsive web design, ensuring seamless user experiences across various devices.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, translating business goals into design solutions.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices, particularly in the context of financial products and services.

Language Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Cantonese and Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Bonus:

  • Previous experience working in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus, but not required.
