A leading insurance organisation requires IT Support Analysts to support 1500 users across the organisation.
Role will require the following skills and experience:
- Experience of working out of a call queue.
- Experience of supporting and a strong knowledge of Office 365, Windows 10,Citrix and VDI (Virtual Desktops)
