A leading organization in the energy sector is partnering with Oliver James to find their next talented ServiceNow Developer, to join their dynamic team.
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable ServiceNow solutions.
The position is open for freelance and permanent.
What will you do ?
- Designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business needs
- Implementing and configuring ServiceNow workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise
- Conducting testing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure system performance and stability
- Supporting the ServiceNow platform by performing upgrades, patches, and enhancements
- Maintaining documentation and providing end-user training and support
What will you bring ?
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, ideally in the energy sector or a related industry
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including Service Portal, ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies
- Experience with ServiceNow development tools, such as Studio, Flow Designer, and Script Debugger
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
