My client is an MNC insurance with a huge growth opportunity and several transformation projects.
We are seeking for a seasoned Solution Architect with the experience in Insurance Distribution to join the technology team.
You will be responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end technology solutions that support the distribution of insurance products across digital, agency, and broker channels. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to ensure scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and document enterprise-grade solutions for insurance distribution, including digital portals, agent/broker platforms, APIs, CRM integration, and omnichannel support
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define solution requirements, aligning business goals with technical feasibility
- Provide architectural leadership and guidance throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet performance, security, and scalability standards.
- Define and implement integration approaches with core insurance systems (e.g., policy administration, underwriting, claims), third-party data providers, and distribution partners.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in IT, with 3+ years in a Solution Architect role
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry, particularly in Insurance Distribution Channels
- Proven experience designing solutions in digital channels, API gateways, and enterprise integration platforms
- Proficient in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must
