OVERVIEW:
You will be responsible for leading ITSM Team for facilitation of the ITSM platform for development and administration of the respective tools and capabilities. Innovative Sr. IT System Engineer- ServiceNow Administrator/Developer will be responsible for driving results to enable the enterprise to facilitate and manage outcomes leveraging the ServiceNow Platform. Resource will be required initiate and implement automation enhancements and process improvement efforts. Lead initiatives, oversee work results, peer training and serve as a technical resource for other Systems Engineers.

SKILLS:

• 5+ years IT related work experience or equivalent combination of transferable experience and education
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Experience as a ServiceNow Admin/Developer
• Experience in JavaScript and HTML
• Competent working in one or more environments highly integrated with an operating system
• Experience implementing and administering/managing technical solutions in major, large-scale system implementations
• High critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with business objectives and strategy
• Proven leadership abilities including effective knowledge sharing, conflict resolution, facilitation of open discussions, fairness and displaying appropriate levels of assertiveness
• Ability to communicate highly complex technical information clearly and articulately for all levels and audiences
