Business Partnering & Management:
- Maintain overview of all projects and initiatives related to business and operations
- Maintain a great relationship with key business stakeholders
Project Management & Governance
- Facilitate sales planning process and assist with the ongoing support including but not limited to strategy paper, engagement plan, and Right-Service-Right-Client workshop
- Support the process for client surveys and other instruments including interpretation of results, development and monitoring of improvement plans
- Define Business Service Risk Control, Quality and Performance Tracking Framework
We are looking for candidates with the following qualities/experience:
- Strong insurance/reinsurance knowledge
- Experience in reporting tools and providing data insight, preferrable BI
- Relevant experience is driving process & quality improvements
- Numeracy & analytical capabilities to consider data, identify abnormalities and use information to develop action plan
- Fluency in English or other Asian languages
