Oliver James are currently recruiting for a permanent role with one of our insurance clients in London. This role is a Syndicate Accountant where you will need to have the below attributes to be considered for this role:

• Either a part qualified or newly qualified accountant
• You must have Lloyds market and insurance experience
• A knowledge of UK or US GAAP

This role could be a great step up for an Assistant Syndicate Accountant or somewhat or a lateral move for more exposure to other areas of Syndicate reporting , listed below are just some of the duties you would be involved in:

• Preparation of submissions on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Supporting on Lloyd's regulatory reporting (QMA/QMB)
• Responsible for the processing of automated and non-automated journals
• Mentor junior members of the team as you grow within your role
