My client, a top Private Equity Firm is looking for an Tax Manager to join and lead their expanding team. Our client works on a hybrid basis in the loop, offers competitive compensation, comprehensive health, PTO and retirement benefit.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and file tax returns (federal, state, international, local) for funds and entities.
- Distribute K-1s to LPs and GPs.
- Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors.
- Manage quarterly estimated tax payments and partner-level tracking.
- Ensure compliance with FATCA, CRS, and offshore regulations.
- Support tax due diligence and audits.
- Advise internal teams on tax matters.
- Track tax deductibility of expenses and document transaction-level tax treatment.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
- 6-9 years of partnership tax experience, ideally in private equity or similar.
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations, including international compliance.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office.
