Leading insurance company looking for an experienced UAT Test lead to join their dynamic team.

Role and Responsibility

* Analyze Insurance Business requirements and review design documents to identify UAT needs and approach and then document in the project Test Strategy
* Prepare UAT schedule and drive related testing activities while identifying and resolving all potential risks and issues
* Participate in an agile workshop to generate testing approach and perform risk assessment with different internal and external PoD teams from Business/IT
* Coordinate with various UAT teams to prepare UAT cases, provide UAT data, and test environment requirements to IT.
* Coordinate different UAT teams to execute test cases while overseeing defect management processes with technical support/coordination from IT
* Monitor, drive and report testing progress through test metrics; keep project stakeholders informed of test progress, issues and risks

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED
* University graduate with a degree in information technology or a related discipline with at least 7 years experience in banking/insurance industry with minimums 4 years specify on testing management area
* Good working experience and knowledge in the Insurance industry (eg, Employee Benefit, Life, General Insurance)
* Familiar with test management and Agile tools like Quality Center, JIRA, Confluence
* Strong testing experience in banking/insurance industry prefer with Agile Mobile and Digital Channels implementation experience.
* Experience in leading a team of onshore/offshore resources to deliver testing from planning, preparation, execution to completion in Agile approach
* Good interpersonal skills and effective communication skills in written and spoken English and Cantonese
* A self-starter with the ability to work independently and under pressure
* Proactive and outgoing personality, aware of emerging IT technologies
