Our client, a leading company in the insurance industry, is currently seeking a highly skilled Director of Finance/Controller/VP to join their team.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the financial reporting process
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities
• Provide strategic financial analysis and guidance to senior management
• Supervise a team of finance professionals

Key Skills:

• Experience in statutory reporting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Leadership and management experience
• CPA or MBA preferred
