The typical salary banding is expected to be a c£160,000 - £190,000 basic / guaranteed salary - plus a range of performance and retention bonus schemes (and extras) in addition.

Our client is seeking at VP / Leader specifically of their consulting arm.
The successful hire will be expected to drive development of their cyber security consulting practice internationally; delivering growth, engagement management, service portfolio, marketing and sales enablement.
Typical cyber security engagements could potentially fall in the following capabilities; cyber governance, risk and compliance, cyber transformation, threat detection & response, privacy & protection, identity & access management, cloud security solutions etc.
Expectations of new hire:-
- To bring a demonstrable, proven and enviable track record in cyber security professional services leadership.
- Being comfortable developing the market for cyber security services, cross-industry and internationally, through their personal a) credibility & reputation, b) energy & drive and c) subject matter expertise.
- Understanding and anticipating client needs based on a strong understanding of emerging cyber security trends, historic patterns and personal interest in cyber.
- Delivering a portfolio of cyber-related engagements across differing clients; including effective people management on client engagements and working seamlessly and collaboratively with colleagues in other parts of the organisation and globe
- Having a broad perspective of potential issues encountered when managing diverse teams and the strategies to overcome them
- Leading the development and implementation of existing and new market propositions
- Attracting world-class talent
- Contributing to the latest thought-leadership and industry research relating to cyber security and organisational crisis and response management to cyber issues
