We are delighted to act as the recruitment partner for a well-established leader within the Insurance industry, who is currently looking for a seasoned profession to join their team as Vice President, Assistant Controller. This permanent position offers the unique opportunity to contribute to high-level strategic financial decisions and operations in a dynamic industry environment.






Role & Responsibilities


  • Oversee the daily operations of the Finance department ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and general ledger process, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Collaborate with financial management teams to analyze department finances and develop budgets that align with the organization's goals.
  • Mentor and manage teams within the finance department, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Engage with senior management to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations.
  • Implement and oversee financial control systems and processes to manage risk and exposure for the organization.
