Risk and Compliance Analyst, 4 month contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the ERM Manager & Compliance Officer in promoting risk management and compliance principles and raising awareness of risk management and compliance within the UK Branch.
- Assist in development of the Risk Management and Compliance Frameworks.
- Maintaining the Risk Management & Compliance Plan.
- Shallow dives, testing risk and compliance controls.
- Identifying and assisting in UK Branch risk management and compliance reviews.
- Compilation and preparation of information for internal and regulatory reporting obligations.
- Development and challenge of UK Branch operational risk assessments within the Operational Risk Control System (ORCS).
General Duties and Tasks:
- Keep up to date with regulatory compliance topics.
- Analysis of non-operational risks.
- Maintenance of UK Branch policies and guidelines.
- Maintenance of Risk Event Monitoring in the UK Branch.
- Project work to compliment the Risk and/or Compliance Framework and governance.
- Ad hoc additional duties and responsibilities that may reasonably be expected to be undertaken in accordance with the role.
